Job Description
- Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care.
- Meets the communication needs of patient and family.
- Provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of
professional expectations.
- Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office policies, procedures
and standards.
- Communicates with provider and team members about patient’s clinical
condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Qualifications
- Current Indiana RN license, LPN license or CMA certification
- Proficient in drawing blood for labs
- Excellent computer skills
- Good customer service in daily operations of a busy medical clinic.
- Clinic office experience preferred.
- Experience with EHR preferred.
- Team player in a fast paced office setting with excellent customer service
skills, excellent skills in patient assessment, and critical thinking.
- Flexibility and the ability to multi task is a must.
