Job Description
**$7,500 Sign-on Bonus!**
- Provides direct and indirect patient care.
- Provides assessment and planning for individualized patient care.
- Communicates with physicians about changes in patient’s clinical
condition, diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
- Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to
treatment.
- Performs general nursing duties.
- Participates in performance improvement activities.
- Knowledgeable of a wide range of disorders; cognitive, emotional, developmental,
social and behavioral.
- Performs crisis intervention.
- Communicates with physicians/Nurse Manager/co-workers, as appropriate about
changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic
studies and symptomatology.
- Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response
to treatment.
- Participates in the department's performance improvement and continuous
quality improvement (CQI) activities.
Qualifications
- Current State of Indiana Nurse's license
- Previous Nursing experience is preferred
- Must be flexible, adapt to changing workloads, work well with staff on
different units.
- CPR, ACLS preferred.
