Did you know that our therapy team averages >10 years of experience
to mentor new graduates, collaboration with PT/ST for comprehensive care,
and opportunity to treat inpatient/outpatient settings from infant to
geriatric? This position allows growth in all areas of OT - ortho, neuro,
peds, school based, inpatient, outpatient, etc. While we do track productivity
and our therapist do stay busy, productivity is not a daily metric that
we look at. This allows time for learning new areas and skills. If you
are looking to grow professionally, this is the position for YOU!
Are you looking for flexibility? Many of our therapist work 4 days a week,
which allows a better work/life balance. While there is a Saturday rotation,
it is typically only every 4-6 weekend.
