Job Description
Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects
of care; meets the communication needs of the patient and family; provides
care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional
expectations. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office policies,
procedures and standards. Communicates with provider and team members
about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic
studies and symptomatology.
Qualifications
- Current Indiana RN license, LPN license or CMA certification required.
- Proficient in drawing blood for labs
- Excellent computer skills
- Good customer service in daily operations of a busy medical clinic
- Flexible and have the ability to multi-task
- Clinic office experience preferred
- Casting experience would be beneficial
- Flexible to float to other clinics, if needed.
- Experience with EHR preferred
- Excellent skills in patient assessment and critical thinking
